Who We Are
We are believers in the Lord Jesus Christ the Maker of
Heaven and Earth who came here to redeem us and save us
from our sins.
We believe that Jesus has more power than the Devil and
that through Jesus we can have eternal life and victory
over sin and death. "Whereby are given unto us
exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye
might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped
the corruption that is in the world through lust."
2 Peter 1:4
Our desire is that at this website you will receive a
deeper understanding of the Bible and particularly its
prophecies thus strengthening your faith. Romans 10:17
We believe that this knowledge will encourage you to investigate
the scriptures further and help you develop a closer relationship
with our loving Savior Jesus Christ, and be prepared for
His soon return. May God richly bless you as you run to
Him through obeying His Word! "Know ye not that they which
run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So
run, that ye may obtain.
And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate
in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible
crown; but we an incorruptible.
I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not
as one that beateth the air:
But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection:
lest that by any means, when I have preached to others,
I myself should be a castaway." 1 Corinthians 9:25-27
Some More About Our Beliefs
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is
profitable for correction, reproof, and instruction in
righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16) and that it reveals Almighty
God.
We believe that Jesus is the eternal, self-existent God and is not a created being. Even though He is fully God, He took upon Himself the form of a man to live and die for our sins. John 1:1-5,14 Romans 8:3.
We believe that the penalty for man's sin was paid on the cross of Calvary in Jesus' death. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23. By believing on Jesus Christ and accepting the grace of His shed blood, we receive the gift of eternal life. "Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:9.
Because we love Jesus for His sacrificial death, we want
to obey Him as He directs us in John 14:15. We are not
saved by our works; but, because we are saved, we choose
to keep His commandments as the guide abundant living.
We believe that Bible prophecy reveals Jesus is coming
again very soon and that we need to heed His warnings
and be ready. Mathew 24:32-51.

"These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so."
